Refund Process

Refunds are applicable only for products that arrive in a damaged or defective condition.

To request a refund:
Contact us at shop@cozyu.in within 4 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage, including packaging.
Once the issue is verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.


Cancellation Process

Orders can be cancelled at any time before delivery.

To cancel an order:
Email shop@cozyu.in with your order number and cancellation request.
If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery when it arrives.
Once the item is returned to us, we will initiate a refund within 3–7 business days.


Refund and Return Policy

We currently do not accept returns once a product has been delivered. All sales are final.

However, you may request a refund or replacement if your product is delivered damaged or defective.

Conditions:
The issue must be reported within 4 days of delivery.
Valid photo proof of the defect or damage is required.
Replacements, if approved, may require the customer to cover shipping charges.
